HR Executive

We are looking for a HR Executive (Recruiter) to join our team MKC Infastructure Pvt. Ltd. to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of In Hand Salary and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and maintain job descriptions for all open positions.

• Source potential candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.

• Screen applications, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate assessment tests.

• Publish and manage job advertisements across online platforms.

• Shortlist candidates and collaborate with department managers to align hiring needs.

• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates at every stage of the recruitment process.

• Conduct reference checks and coordinate background verification.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.

Job Requirements:

• Education: MBA in Human Resource Management (Mandatory)

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years in recruitment or talent acquisition

• Strong understanding of recruitment tools, resume databases, and sourcing techniques

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to evaluate candidates objectively with sound judgment

• Proficient in MS Office and HR tools/software

• Open to working 6 days a week
