We are looking for a HR Executive to join our team Mihir Group for Prepare Monthly Salary Sheets and manage the payroll Managing statutory compliance like minimum wages act, PF ESIC act

Maintaining Employee records in HRMS

Manage and maintain attendance and leaves

Initial hiring interviews and scheduling interviews of candidates, fixing salary, managing onboarding and joining formalities

Making plans for office functions, Annual Days, Award Functions etc.

Managing salary revisions based on performance

Managing employee policies
