Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Build and maintain talent pipelines.
Utilize job portals, social media, and internal databases to source high-quality candidates.
2. Account Management
Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Understand hiring needs, build trusted client relationships, and deliver exceptional service.
Share regular updates and insights to align with client expectations.
Work closely with delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.
3. Business Development Support
Collaborate with the team to identify and pursue new client opportunities for Business,HR, AI Solutions.
Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and support documents.
Join client meetings, assist in presentations, and help convert leads.
Keep contact databases updated with accurate information.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a relevant field.
1–3 years of experience in HR consulting preferred.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational abilities and a proactive mindset.
