Position : Hr Intern

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in posting job vacancies on job portals, LinkedIn, and company career page

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers

Ensure all recruitment-related data and documents are accurately maintained

Education : Btech/BE (Mechanical & electrical mandatory)
