Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Executive with prior experience in hospital or healthcare staff recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, ensuring timely and quality hiring of medical and non-medical professionals to support the hospital’s operational needs.
Key Responsibilities: ● Manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing hospital staff (doctors, nurses, technicians, administrative staff, etc.).
● Partner with department heads and HR to understand hiring requirements and manpower needs. ● Source suitable candidates through job portals (like Naukari, Shine, Monster, LinkedIn, Job Hai, etc.), professional networks, referrals, and social media platforms.
● Schedule and coordinate interviews, maintain candidate communication, and ensure a smooth selection process.
● Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
● Ensure all pre-joining formalities and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
● Work on employer branding and support HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
● Minimum 1 year of experience in hospital or healthcare recruitment (mandatory).
● Strong understanding of various hospital departments and staffing requirements.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency in MS Office and job portal management.
● Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
