HR Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates via job portals, social media, and employee referrals

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

• Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements

• Schedule interviews and manage communication with candidates

• Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with ATS and job posting tools

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in recruiting for [IT/Non-IT/Manufacturing/etc.] roles

• Knowledge of HR best practices
