Job Description

Create, update, and maintain accurate job descriptions based on hiring requirements.
Source and engage potential candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability.
Connect with relevant candidates, share role details, and assess their interest and availability.
Advertise job openings across online platforms and social media channels.
Shortlist qualified candidates and coordinate with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
Organize and schedule interviews, assessment rounds, and selection events.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, feedback, and joining formalities.
Update and maintain candidate feedback and status on company CRM
Update and Maintain candidate profiles on company CRM
Share emails with candidates and take their confirmations / documents if required.
Take ownership of user feedback and challenges and help solve their challenges through innovation, new solutions and mechanisms matching user’s business model so they achieve full potential of Sea and Beyond platform.
