We are seeking an experienced Freelance HR who can manage end-to-end recruitment and basic HR operations on a flexible basis. The ideal candidate should have experience in hiring for sales, real estate, and corporate roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting to onboarding)
Source candidates via job portals, social media, and references
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with the management team
Manage candidate follow-ups and maintain a hiring pipeline
Assist in drafting job descriptions and hiring strategies
Maintain basic employee records and HR documentation
Suggest improvements in hiring and retention strategies
