HR - Responsibilities
1️⃣ Understanding Client Requirements
• Coordinate with clients to understand detailed job requirements (skills, experience, budget, location).
• Clarify job description, hiring urgency, and selection process.
• Align on TAT (Turnaround Time) and closure expectations.
2️⃣ Sourcing & Talent Mapping
• Source candidates through job portals, references, and internal database.
• Perform headhunting for niche and critical roles.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
3️⃣ Screening & Shortlisting
• Conduct telephonic/virtual interviews for initial screening.
• Evaluate technical skills, communication, stability, and salary expectations.
• Share only quality and relevant profiles to clients.
4️⃣ Interview Coordination
• Schedule interviews between candidate and client.
• Ensure candidates attend interviews on time.
• Collect interview feedback and update candidates accordingly.
