We are looking for a HR Executive to join our team to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 and growth opportunities.

• Interview coordination and scheduling in collaboration with HOD.
• To issue & receiving employment applications forms to interview candidates.
• To making Appointment letter of new joined employees.
• To Checking Salary structure of new joined employees.
• To intimate iffco-Tokio for addition & deletion of employees in IMAX GMP & GPA policy.
• Prepare employee master and update it whenever required.
• Maintain new joined employee file.
• To add new joined employees finger access in attendance machine access for daily attendance & remove of left employee’s finger attendance access system, add finger door access of new joined employees, and remove left employee’s data.
• To issue new joined employees Safety helmet, Safety shoes, Uniform & jackets.
• To monitoring employees training and attendance details .
• To order daily lunch for employees and guests as per requirement .
• To daily coordination’s with canteen vendor for timely service.
• To coordination housekeeping work with Housekeeping Supervisor.
• To monitoring pantry material and service.
• Check monthly vendor invoices for payment process.
• Prepare P.R. for materials requirements related HR & Administration dept.
• checking monthly first aid materials every month in first week.
• Checking everyday attendance of employee for record.
• To issuing and receiving forms to employees related attendance, Over time, O.D.
• To maintain record of attendance and leave status of staff .
• To filing documents attendance, OT, Salary registers file, Salary slips and other.
• To issue resigned employees Exit clearance form and making Experience letter.
• To filing all documents in proper file.
• And other work assigned by HR & Administration – Head.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate and 4 - 6+ years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
