Job Description: HR Executive / Generalist
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and hiring.
Coordinate onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and conduct/performance-related issues.
Preparation of Payroll.
Maintain Conveyance & Petty audit and claims.
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
Maintain HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with HR policies .
Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and exit interviews.
Key Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Graduate is a must
HR experience of minimum 2 yrs.
Good english communication.
