Coordinate pre-onboarding activities & joining formalities
Issue offer letters, appointment letters & HR documents
Handle employee onboarding, induction & documentation
Maintain employee records (HRMS / Excel / Payroll)
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.)
Coordinate with departments for training & induction
Support attendance, leave & probation tracking
🔹 Required Skills:
Strong communication & coordination skills
Knowledge of HR operations & compliance
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & HR software
Detail-oriented with high confidentiality
