- This role is 70% Recruitment and 30% Operations.
- Look after End to End recruitment, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Follow complete employee life cycle procedures, and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain employee records, compensation, and benefits information, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Create related monthly reports and maintain proper physical and digital data.
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant.
