Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive HR Executive to manage both corporate and showroom HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee engagement. The role involves regular showroom visits to ensure smooth HR operations and employee connect.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment & onboarding, background checks, and documentation.

• Oversee attendance, leave, and payroll support with compliance tracking (PF, ESI).

• Handle employee engagement, grievance resolution, and probation feedback.

• Administer uniforms, ID cards, and HR records.

• Support salary revisions, bonus, and leave encashment.

• Conduct competitor salary analysis and assist in manpower planning.

• Coordinate training, workshops, and employee activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or similar roles.

• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems preferred.
