• Employee engagement, relations, and grievance handling

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Independently manage the entire HR function from scratch.

2. Recruitment and onboarding for blue-collar and support staff.

3. Plan and execute employee engagement activities.

4. Prepare, implement, and manage HR policies and payroll processes.

5. Maintain accurate records of attendance, leaves, and employee data.

6. Resolve grievances and ensure smooth communication with management.

7. Conduct reviews and manage resignations and retention plans.

8. Generate and update HR reports and dashboards as needed.
