Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and execute various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll assistance, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction.

• Maintain HR records and employee database.

• Support monthly payroll processing and attendance tracking.

• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, salary slips, leaves, etc.

• Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.

• Coordinate training sessions, appraisals, and performance reviews.

• Draft HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, relieving, etc.).

• Contribute to employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.

• Assist in policy implementation and HR audits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar HR role.

• Knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, and statutory compliance.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., Excel, Tally, or HRMS tools).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling payroll software and compliance portals.

• Exposure to recruitment portals like Naukri, Shine, or LinkedIn.

• Familiarity with employee engagement techniques.
