Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Manage employee lifecycle including onboarding, engagement, performance reviews, and offboarding
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and welfare programs
Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy in HRMS
Support training & development initiatives
Prepare and analyze HR reports for management review
