Job Title: HR Executive – Retail Operations
Location: Noida (with occasional store/field visits)

About the Role:
The HR Executive will support recruitment, training, employee engagement, and compliance for retail store operations. This role ensures smooth HR processes across multiple store locations and assists in building a motivated and compliant workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of store staff.
Maintain recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Coordinate workforce planning with store managers.
Training & Development Support
Help organize training sessions for store staff on customer service, operations, and company policies.
Track participation and effectiveness of training programs.
Employee Engagement & Performance
Assist in employee engagement initiatives to improve motivation and retention.
Support performance appraisal and feedback processes.
HR Administration & Compliance
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Help address employee queries and support grievance resolution.
Ensure adherence to labour laws, HR policies, and statutory regulations.
Skills & Competencies:
Knowledge of HR functions, labour laws, and employee engagement strategies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage administrative tasks across multiple stores.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in retail operations.
Exposure to recruitment, training, employee engagement, and HR administration.
