We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition while working closely with experienced HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and screening resumes through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database.
Support HR team in onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.
Handle follow-ups and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Assist in posting job descriptions on various platforms.
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Passionate about recruitment and people management.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
