Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle at the warehouse (onboarding, documentation, exits).
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Support recruitment for warehouse staff and ensure timely manpower availability.
Coordinate with operations team for shift planning and workforce allocation.
Handle payroll inputs, overtime calculations, and coordinate with central HR/payroll team.
Assist in employee grievance handling and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, labour laws, etc.).
Conduct employee engagement activities to boost morale and retention.
Support training & development initiatives for warehouse employees.
Prepare HR reports and dashboards as required.
Good understanding of HR operations and labour compliances.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle employee grievances effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office / HRIS tools.
Problem-solving attitude and team collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree in HR / Management / Commerce (MBA in HR preferred).
Minimum 1 year of HR experience in warehouse, logistics, or related industries.
