About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Associate HR Manager – Recruitment with strong
experience in RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing). The candidate will be responsible
for managing end-to-end recruitment, client coordination, talent sourcing, and delivery
management while ensuring quality hiring within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for RPO accounts.
Coordinate closely with clients/hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
and priorities.
Handle delivery planning and recruitment pipeline management to ensure timely
closures.
Conduct talent mapping, market research, and candidate identification for open
positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Utilize free job boards and alternate sourcing channels for effective talent hunting.
Screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates for interviews.
Manage candidate engagement, salary negotiations, and offer closures.
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports for client updates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills
Strong experience in RPO / Staffing recruitment.
Expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and job portals.
Good understanding of talent mapping and market intelligence.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.
Strong coordination and delivery management capabilities.
Preferred Skills
Experience using free job boards and alternative sourcing platforms.
Exposure to multiple industry hiring will be an advantage.
Qualification
Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.
