● Process monthly payroll and ensure accurate salary disbursements.
● Manage attendance systems (biometric/ERP), leave tracking & timesheet reconciliation.
● Ensure statutory compliance support (PF, ESI, PT, TDS data).
● Handle onboarding/offboarding documentation and HR files.
● Maintain HRIS/records and prepare basic HR reports.
● Address employee payroll/attendance inquiries and resolve issues.
● Coordinate with Finance & external partners/vendors.
