Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel files.
Process monthly payroll coordination and salary inputs.
Manage statutory compliances: PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, and labor laws.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
Assist in performance appraisal and training coordination.
Maintain accounting entries in Tally (ERP 9 / Tally Prime).
Post salary, expense, vendor, and petty cash entries.
Assist in bank reconciliation statements.
Maintain vouchers, bills, and basic accounting records.
Coordinate with auditors and support audits when required.
Ensure proper documentation for expenses and payments.
2-4 years of experience in HR operations with hands-on Tally knowledge.
