Job Description

Job Title: HR Executive – Recruitment & Operations

Location: Okhla Phase-1
Experience: 1–3 Years

Role Summary:
We are looking for an HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews & onboarding

  • Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation

  • Manage onboarding, exits, attendance, and leave

  • Support payroll inputs and HR compliance

  • Address employee HR-related queries

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field

  • 1–3 years experience in HR recruitment & operations

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office; HRMS knowledge preferred
