We’re looking for a responsible and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, attendance, payroll coordination, HR documentation, compliance support, and employee engagement activities.
You’re Role at a Glance
As an HR Executive, you’ll play an important role in maintaining smooth HR operations and supporting employees and management. Your responsibilities include:
Attendance & Leave Management: Maintain daily/monthly attendance, leave records, and resolve attendance-related queries.
Payroll Coordination: Verify attendance, leaves, incentives, deductions, and provide accurate monthly payroll inputs.
Employee Relations: Handle employee queries, coordinate with management, and support grievance/disciplinary processes.
HR Documentation: Maintain employee master data, HR records, salary/leave records, and confidential documentation.
HR Policies & Processes: Support implementation and communication of company HR policies and procedures.
Statutory Compliance: Assist with PF, ESI, Labour Law and other statutory compliance-related documentation and coordination.
Employee Engagement: Coordinate employee engagement, welfare activities, meetings, celebrations, and feedback initiatives.
HR MIS & Reporting: Prepare HR reports related to attendance, leave, employee strength, attrition, and other HR metrics.
