End-to-end recruitment for sales, CRM, site staff & corporate roles
Screening resumes, scheduling interviews & coordinating with managers
Joining formalities, documentation & employee onboarding
Maintaining employee records, attendance & HRMIS data
Payroll coordination, incentives & commission tracking support
Handling employee grievances and day-to-day HR queries
