Job Summary:
The HR Operations Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day HR functions, ensuring smooth operations across employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, payroll, attendance, compliance, and employee engagement. The role ensures HR policies are effectively implemented and supports the organization in maintaining an efficient and compliant workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Administration & Documentation
Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
Prepare HR letters such as offer, appointment, confirmation, and experience letters.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, and payroll.
2. Onboarding & Exit Management
Coordinate pre-joining formalities and employee onboarding process.
Conduct induction/orientation sessions for new hires.
Manage exit formalities including clearance, feedback, and full & final settlement.
3. Payroll & Attendance Management
Track attendance, leaves, and overtime.
Process payroll inputs accurately and liaise with the accounts team for timely salary disbursement.
Maintain records of statutory deductions like PF, ESI, PT, and TDS.
4. Compliance & Statutory
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
Assist in handling statutory audits (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.).
Maintain documentation related to compliance and employee benefits.
5. Performance & Employee Engagement
Support performance appraisal and review processes.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events.
Handle grievances and provide support for conflict resolution.
6. HR Systems & Reporting
Update HR MIS reports (attendance, headcount, attrition, etc.).
Maintain confidentiality of HR data and reports.
Support HR automation and software updates when needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
2–5 years of experience in HR operations or administration.
Knowledge of HR software (HRMS, payroll systems).
Good understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
