About the Role

We are looking for a talented and proactive HR Executive with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in HR operations. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and basic HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding).

• Maintain employee records and HR databases.

• Support payroll preparation and attendance management.

• Assist in policy implementation and HR documentation.

• Organize employee engagement activities and training sessions.

• Address employee queries and support HR operations.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Knowledge of HRMS tools is a plus.

• Understanding of basic labor laws and HR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• Additional HR certifications are an advantage.
