• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.

• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.

• Manage candidate database and track recruitment metrics.

• Draft and release offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.

• Support new employee onboarding and induction process.

• Maintain positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

• Build and maintain relationships with colleges and recruitment agencies.

• Stay updated with current hiring trends and market insights.
