Job Description

Post - HR Generalist

Working days & Time - 6 days & For Female :10 am to 7 pm

For Male - 10am to 8pm

Job Location - Kalyan - Saravali 

Job Role :
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Monitor attendance, leave records, and support payroll accuracy.
• Implement HR/Admin practices that enhance employee efficiency.
• Track, update, and monitor ORM/KRAs for all departments and teams.
• Implement performance metrics and support continuous improvement.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and organizational requirements.
• Prepare and Issije accurate employee salary slips as and when required
