Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, candidate coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, track recruitment progress, maintain candidate databases, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
