Position Details – HR Executive
· Manage and execute the Performance Management System (PMS) cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
· Maintain and analyze HR data using advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, dashboards) to generate reports and insights for decision-making.
· Handle day-to-day HR operational activities such as employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, and exit formalities.
· Ensure accuracy and timely updating of employee records in HR systems and maintain data confidentiality.
· Support HR processes by preparing MIS reports, tracking KPIs, and assisting in audits and compliance requirements.
· Coordinate with internal teams to streamline HR workflows and improve process efficiency using data-driven approaches.
