Position: HR Executive

Salary: ₹18,000 per month

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and organized HR & Admin Executive to manage HR operations and administrative functions .The role involves employee coordination, documentation, recruitment support, and maintaining smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities

Handle recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.

Maintain employee records and update HR databases.

Manage onboarding and exit processes including documentation and induction support.

Track attendance, leave management, and assist with monthly payroll inputs.

Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.

Address routine HR queries and ensure compliance with HR policies.

Administrative Responsibilities

Oversee office supplies, stationery, and inventory management.

Handle visitor management, front desk coordination, and communication channels.

Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and office events.

Liaise with vendors, service providers, and facility management teams.

Prepare official letters, documentation, and administrative reports.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in HR & Administration roles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.

Strong documentation and coordination abilities.
