Position: HR Executive
Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, On-site

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

• Focus on hiring talent for affiliate marketing roles, while also handling hiring for other departments.

• Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.

• Assist in on-boarding, induction, and training programs.

• Coordinate with different departments to understand hiring needs.

• Support employee engagement initiatives and performance management processes.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven HR experience.

• Prior experience in recruitment within the ad-tech industry is preferred, though not mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations.

• Ability to manage payroll and ensure timely salary processing.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Ability to think creatively and produce innovative HR solutions.

• The candidate must be based in Lucknow.
