Recruitment

Source applicants through online channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, and other professional networks.
Organize campus interviews to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Evaluate applications and screen candidates through calls or emails, and facilitate pre-interview assessments.
Conduct in-person or virtual interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Coordinate closely with hiring managers to align on candidate expectations and requirements.
Maintain records of recruitment activities, including interview notes and related documentation.
Handle salary negotiations and manage the offer process to onboard selected candidates.

HR Operations

Prepare employment-related letters such as Offer Letters, IJP Letters, and Transfer Letters.
Create new positions in HRMS and coordinate with stakeholders for approvals.
