Role Overview
Job Description: HR Executive
Experience: 1+ Years
Location: Goregaon west,Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
• Manage onboarding documentation, employee records, induction, and joining formalities.
• Maintain attendance, leave, late coming, and employee database records.
• Coordinate payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, joining, and exit details.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal HR communications.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and documentation.
• Assist with probation confirmation, performance review documentation, and exit formalities.
Requirements
• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or HR generalist activities.
• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS/payroll systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Salary: 25-35k
