HR/Admin Intern – Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and documentation
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR data
Support payroll coordination and compliance tasks
Help in employee engagement and HR activities
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination
Handle basic communication (calls, emails, follow-ups)
Prepare reports and maintain proper documentation
Coordinate with different departments for HR/Admin support
Handle employee queries and provide basic assistance
Reporting to HR Manager / Senior HR
