We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to support our Human Resources department. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, employee engagement, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
Employee Management
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data.
Support employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
HR Operations
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Support payroll inputs and employee verification processes.
Administrative Responsibilities
Coordinate with different departments for HR requirements.
Maintain HR reports and MIS records.
Assist in organizing training and development programs.
Support general office administration when required.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Familiarity with recruitment platforms and HR practices is preferred.
