Job SummaryHappi Mobiles Pvt Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations at our Vijayawada location. This role is suitable for both experienced candidates and fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in Human Resources.### Key Responsibilities* Support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination* Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees* Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases* Coordinate attendance tracking and payroll inputs* Support statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESIC, etc.)* Handle employee queries and assist in engagement activities* Prepare HR letters and internal communications* Support performance review and HR reporting tasks* Coordinate with store teams on manpower requirements### Eligibility Criteria* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field* **Freshers are welcome to apply*** Candidates with up to 2 years of HR experience are preferred* Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)* Good communication and interpersonal skills### Desired Skills* Willingness to learn and grow in HR functions* Strong organizational and coordination skills* Ability to maintain confidentiality### Compensation* As per company norms**Happi Mobiles Pvt Ltd is an equal opportunity employer.*
