Role Overview:
Responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations and office administration to ensure smooth functioning of HR processes and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
Support payroll, leave management, and statutory compliance
Handle employee queries and ensure policy adherence
Manage office administration, vendors, and supplies
Coordinate administrative and reporting tasks as required
Requirements:
Graduate in HR / Business Administration or related field
1–3 years of experience in HR & Admin roles
Knowledge of HR policies and basic labor laws
Good communication and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office
