HR Executive

Job Title: HR Generalist Location: Kaithal, Haryana

Salary: ₹40,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Gender Preference: Male Candidates Preferred

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end HR Generalist activities.

Expert knowledge of Labour Laws and compliance.

Managing PF & ESIC processes, forms, online submissions.

Payroll processing and salary administration.

Maintain employee records and statutory registers.

Handle grievances and disciplinary procedures as per labour law.

Ensure timely statutory returns and compliance audits.

Support recruitment and onboarding of workers/staff.

Coordinate with government departments and inspectors when needed.

HR reporting and documentation.

Key Requirements:

✔ Minimum 3–7 years’ experience as HR Generalist.

✔ Strong knowledge of Labour Laws, PF, ESIC, Payroll.

✔ Understanding of Factory Act / Shops & Establishments Act.

✔ Ability to manage compliance independently.

✔ Good communication and documentation skills.

✔ Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).

✔ Local candidates or those willing to relocate to Kaithal preferred.
