Job Description

We are hiring HR Executives (2 Openings) for our client in Santacruz, Mumbai. Candidates with recruitment experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, IT, or Corporate sectors are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior & mid-level positions.
Source candidates via Naukri, job portals, databases, and social media.
Screen, shortlist, schedule interviews, and follow up until final joining.
Manage candidate documentation, maintain recruitment reports, MIS, and updated candidate pipelines.
Coordinate CTC discussions and offer-related processes.

Requirements:

2–5 years of recruitment experience (Age: 20–35 years).
Bachelor's degree in HR/BBA or MBA/PGDM in HR.
Strong candidate sourcing skills and portal expertise (Naukri).
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
