Job Description

We are hiring an HR Executive for Bengaluru. Candidate must be fluent in Kannada. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, onboarding).
Handle daily HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, and documentation.
Maintain attendance, leave records, HR databases, and MIS reports.
Coordinate with department heads for hiring needs and assist in HR administration.

Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in HR Operations and Recruitment.
Kannada language proficiency is mandatory (English & Hindi preferred).
Preferred industry background: Facility Management, Housekeeping, Hospitality, Real Estate, or B2B Sales.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
