Role Overview

We are looking for a HR & Admin Associate who will manage day-to-day HR operations while ensuring smooth office administration. This is a hands-on role with exposure to recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and process improvement.


Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Coordinate recruitment activities (interview scheduling, candidate communication)

  • Support onboarding and induction of new employees

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management

  • Assist in payroll processing (attendance and data coordination)

  • Draft HR documents (offer letters, contracts, letters)

  • Handle employee queries and provide HR support

  • Support employee engagement initiatives

  • Ensure HR compliance and documentation

Zoho Systems (Important)

  • Work on Zoho People, Zoho Payroll, and other Zoho tools

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data

  • Support automation and process improvements within Zoho ecosystem

Administration

  • Manage office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination

  • Handle travel bookings, courier, and logistics

  • Ensure office maintenance, cleanliness, and safety

  • Maintain asset records and filing systems

  • Support internal coordination and meetings

Operations Support

  • Assist in school measurement events (core business activity)

  • Coordinate logistics and track event-related expenses


Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR/Admin roles

  • Familiarity with Zoho People and Zoho Payroll (preferred)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Good communication skills (English required; Kannada is a plus)

  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and payroll coordination

  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
