About the Role The HR Executive will manage end-to-end human resources operations—from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, policy management, and grievance resolution. This role ensures robust compliance with labour laws, supports performance management, and fosters a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities • Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle full-cycle recruitment including sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, and coordinating orientation and onboarding programs. • Employee Engagement & Relations: Organize engagement initiatives (e.g., team-building, forums), act as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns, and mediate conflicts to promote a positive workplace culture. • HR Records & Policy Management: Maintain accurate employee records via HRIS/HRMS, ensure timely updates, and assist with drafting and communicating HR policies. • Compliance with Labor Laws: Monitor and adhere to relevant labor laws (e.g., wages, workplace safety, POSH), update policies accordingly, and conduct compliance audits. • Respond to Employee Concerns and Grievances: Address complaints and manage grievance resolution processes while ensuring confidentiality and fairness. Qualifications & Skills • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline. • Experience: At least 2 years in HR or HR operations with exposure to recruiting, employee relations, and compliance. • Technical proficiency: Experience using HRIS/HRMS or ATS systems for records, approvals, and reporting. • Interpersonal skills: Strong communication, empathy, conflict-resolution, and engagement abilities to foster trust and open dialogue. • Compliance awareness: Well-versed in local labour legislation and legal frameworks relevant to HR practices.
