Position: HR Recruiter
Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with candidates who apply through various recruitment platforms.
Screen candidates and schedule interviews with the concerned team.
Follow up with candidates and ensure timely interview completion.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
Coordinate with management regarding manpower requirements.
Complete recruitment requirements within the assigned timelines.
Maintain recruitment records, candidate databases, and joining status.
Coordinate with the payroll team and support payroll-related activities and employee records.
Ensure pending recruitment requirements are followed up and closed at the earliest.
Maintain professional communication with candidates and employees.
Key Requirement
Strong follow-up skills, good communication, ability to meet recruitment deadlines, and willingness to take ownership of hiring requirements from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
