Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive with 2+ years of experience to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple HR functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

• Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities.

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

• Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.

• Assist in statutory compliance activities such as PF, ESI, and labor law requirements.

• Prepare HR letters, offer letters, appointment letters, and other employee-related documents.

• Address employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives.

• Maintain HRMIS and employee databases.

• Coordinate performance review and appraisal processes.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Executive role.

• Knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, PF, ESI, and labor laws.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
