Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical and non-technical positions.
Coordinate interviews with department heads.
Manage job postings on recruitment portals and social media.
Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
Maintain a candidate database and recruitment records.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
Complete joining formalities and documentation.
Coordinate exit interviews and final settlement processes.
Ensure proper clearance and handover procedures.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Manage attendance, leave, and employee databases.
Coordinate payroll inputs with the finance department.
Monitor probation confirmations and employee lifecycle activities.
Performance Management
Support performance appraisal cycles.
Track employee goals and development plans.
Assist managers with performance improvement initiatives.
Employee Relations
Address employee concerns and grievances.
Promote positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
Organize employee events, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
Compliance & Policies
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
Maintain statutory records and HR documentation.
Assist during labor inspections and internal audits.
Training & Development
Identify training needs for office and field employees.
Coordinate internal and external training programs.
Maintain employee training records.
