Job Title: HR Executive – Operations & Administration

Job Summary:
The HR Executive – Operations & Administration will be responsible for supporting the HR and administrative functions of the organization. This includes managing day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, office administration, and ensuring smooth functioning of organizational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations:
Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and joining formalities.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and attendance systems.
Assist in employee engagement activities, performance appraisal coordination, and training programs.
Support leave management, payroll processing coordination, and HR reporting.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Administration & Operations:
Oversee office administration activities, including office maintenance, supplies, and facility management.
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external service providers.
Assist in organizing meetings, events, and company activities.
Support travel arrangements and related logistics for employees.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operational processes of the office.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools.
Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and administrative procedures.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
