About the Role

We are looking for an HR Executive – Operations & Talent Acquisition who enjoys working with people while ensuring HR processes are executed with accuracy, professionalism, and speed.
This is a hands-on role that combines recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, documentation, employee engagement, and day-to-day coordination. If you enjoy creating structure, solving problems, and building positive employee experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollouts, and candidate follow-ups.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files with complete accuracy.
• Support attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and HR MIS.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
• Prepare HR reports, trackers, and recruitment dashboards.
• Draft HR communications, employment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and internal communication.
• Support employee lifecycle activities, including confirmations, transfers, exits, and full & final documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of HR processes.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling employee information and organisational records.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Generalist roles.
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, construction, infrastructure, or related industries will be an advantage.
Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to prepare reports, trackers, and HR documentation accurately.

• Professionalism, discretion, and a high level of confidentiality.
